Question

Connection between sub-calendars and events

Hello,

I have the standard version. I have added my Google Calendar to Calendly.
With my email address on this calendar, there are 3 sub-calendars included corresponding to 3 different people.
How can I have the 3 sub-calendars available so that I can match them with my events ? I can only see one of them.
How can I connect them to existing events ? I do not see the information given for that on my interface.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Lea18073 - Thanks for reaching out!

For context, when you connect a calendar and sub-calendars, each of those sub-calendars will apply to all of your events. There is not a way to connect a specific sub-calendar to an event.

Could you tell me a little more about what you’re looking to use Calendly for? Are you setting up event pages for your team? Let me know! I can assist further from there.

Thanks for your reply.

We are planning different events for 3 members of our team. I would like to connect an event to a member and have it uploaded in his Google Agenda.
We have about 6 events per week and about 2 per person.
So it would be easier for us if we could have this updated automatically.
I would like to have multiple events planified at the same time on the same day.

I hope my explanations are clear.

Understood, thank you!

I think the best way to make this work is to combine those team members under one organization. From there, you can make and manage events for them on their behalf. This also ensures that events will be added to their calendars automatically! The main issue you’ll run into is that while you can check multiple calendars at once, you can only add events to one at a time. So having multiple users available is the best way to do this. I’ll attach some articles below that can help configure this:
