At this time, there is not a way to clone and change the host of an event. My apologies! The only way to do this would be through creating events through a Team Page, and assigning hosts to different events there. Alternatively, you can use our Managed Events feature to create your event, then assign it to all the users in your organization. You can read more about this here: Managed events overview
