my copy link is not coping and providing the link for others to make appointments, how do I fix that?

Question - my copy link is not coping and providing the link for others to make appointments, how do I fix that?

Hi @Angelica12455!

There are a few different spots users can copy links from - desktop, web extension, mobile, etc. Can you clarify which one you’re having trouble with? I just checked all of mine and they do appear to be working.

For any of the web versions, it would definitely be worth restarting your browser and clearing your cache. For the mobile version, close out the application and restart.

Good morning,

I’m using the desktop to copy the link, the link copies but it will not open the additional link for the client to click on to make their appointment.

I’m looking for the link that the client needs to make their appointment.

Hi @Angelica12455, I must confess I’m still a little unclear on exactly what is going on. My best guess is that the link you are copying is an internal url rather than your booking link. Instead of conjecture, I’m leaving a couple resources on how exactly to share your booking link. If you are still running into issues after that, let us know and we will work with you. Good luck and happy scheduling!

I created my schedule and dates included, at this point I’m clicking on the Copy Link…

I copy the link and place on my document, link below,

[REDACTED LINK]

But the link is not giving me the opening for the client to clink and set the appointment.

Help, what I’m I not doing correctly?

Hi @Angelica12455, myself and a teammate followed your link and it was working properly. Afterwards we removed it because of our community’s privacy policy. We don’t want your booking page floating out on the world wide web for anyone to interact with.

Where are you pasting your link into? Some apps, programs, software won’t automatically hyperlink. They will toss out the extra hypertext. That would be a setting or limitation of the software you are using not the link itself. If you want to confirm this, just send yourself an email with the link. It should be clickable. Alternatively, you could copy and paste into a google doc. Should work fine there as well.

Can I say thanks…….. so……. much!

The sending myself the link was the trick.

Again thanks,

Thanks again for your help, your answer really help me out.

Stay safe,
