Hello Calendly,

I have three events and I want to keep them separate in regards to the availability but all events are showing up on one availability.

How do I separate them?

I want to arrange two groups and one 1-1 event:

  1. one for one hour with up to 4 attendees
  2. one for two hours with up to four attendees
  3. one for a 1-1 call for 20 minutes (the most needed)

You can set different availabilities for each of your events by going into the Event Editor, then selecting Scheduling Settings. Here, you’ll be able to change it to use Custom Hours and make changes to the hours:
