We are real estate agents and are looking to improve our booking process for booking video appointments with our videographer.
The videographer needs a 2 hour slot to shoot a video. The agent only needs to be there for 30 minutes.
We need to be able to present the seller with availability where the agent has any 30 minute window within an available 2 hour window of the videographer.
All calendars are on google calendar.
Is it possible with Calendly??

At this time, a workflow like this is not possible in Calendly. When an event is booked, Calendly assumes all participants are present for the entire duration of the meeting. So there wouldn't be a way to include a 30 minute booking for someone else, when a separate 2 hour booking is made.
One workaround is to use our Workflows to notify the agents whenever a photo booking is made, but it would not be able to check the Agents calendar this way.
Another way you can try this is by using our Collective Event, and adding the Photographer and Agent as hosts, that way both users would get the calendar event and notification, but it would be up to the Agent to manually adjust the event on their calendar.
I’ll pass this along to our product team as feedback, hopefully we can have a more straightforward way to do this in the future!
