Customize text on inactive event types "this event is not available" page

Question

When I ‘turn off’ the event, it shows the participant that it is an invalid URL. Is there anyway to set a message that says, “This activity is fully booked. Please look out for future research opportunities!”

Also, Calendly needs a way to set a total cap on sessions. I’m having to watch my email to ensure it doesn’t go over the total determined by our budget.

Hey there @Destiny36428- thanks for your topic and this feedback! At this time there is no way to customize the text shown on a booking page when the link is not currently live. I can absolutely understand why that is desirable and will make sure that feedback as well as the feedback about placing a total limit on event types (are you hoping to see per week, per month or in general?) makes it to our product team in our monthly report. We really do take this feedback to heart and want to make sure it’s heard!I also want to share this link where a member of our product team shared that exciting new updates are coming to similar features, soon! He is asking for more direct feedback in those comments - please feel free to add yours there, as well!
