Deactivate automatic E-Mail Confirmations

Dear Support Team,

after some research in your help section and the community topics, I have realized that for years now, a huge number of your customers has asked for an option to at least temporarily turn off the automated e-mail notifications for meetings. All your employees keep responding that they recognize this is an important issue and will forward it to the product development team. And nothing ever happens. 

We are paying customers and would like not only to be repeatedly told that this is going to be forwarded. We need it to be taken care of ASAP. Depending on a user’s business model, it can be a huge inconvenience to bombard customers with e-mails. In our case, we are switching to your service from a different tool and need to manually transfer existing bookings – so an automated e-mail for each would mean double trouble for our customers.

I urgently ask you to take care of this issue as it has been coming up a lot and for a long time now.
