I can’t find an existing conversation quite like my problem.
Sometimes syncing can work too well. I have tentative placeholders in Outlook for work items that make me appear unavailable on Calendly. Even though I have disabled (or so I thought) Calendly and Outlook, Calendly viewers still think I’m unavailable.
It’s less hassle to manage the calendars separately, to be honest, though I would still like to receive notifications when someone books on Calendly. How can I divorce my Calendly from my Outlook, once and for all?

Hi @Cecil44565 - Thanks for reaching out!
Once you disconnect your calendar from your connections page, Calendly will no longer add events to your calendar or check it for conflicts. You can double check to see if anything is connected here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

The Outlook and Calendly calendars have indeed been decoupled by my prior action.
Troubleshooting looked OK to me. For example, I’m booking one hour meetings and showing 11 am - Noon as open. The troubleshooter shows you can book at 11:00 but not at 11:30. That makes sense to me.
I don’t know why the booker received a warning that the time might not be available. That’s what threw them off. Maybe it’s because the calendars have been decoupled, so nothing is guaranteed?
