Default Country Code

We are looking to have the Country Code locked to +1 on the form. When we view the form it shows the US Flag but only a +, the “1” is missing. This causes the country code to change as people input their number. 

Is this a bug currently? Everything I have read it appears +1 should be the default. Thank you!
