DEFECT: For One Specific Event Type, 'No Times in [Month]' due to 'Unavailable Buffer' - recent behavior; no recent changes

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?  Up until it was brought to my attention (today), everything has functioned as expected.  I have made no recent changes.

GIVEN an Availability Schedule shared by three Event Types
AND  all Event Types include 5 minute buffer before and after
AND  all meetings being 18 minutes long starting at 6 minutes after the hour
AND  all available times confirmed to have NO overlap with other times
WHEN  the ‘Booking’ page for a specific Event Type is viewed
THEN   the ‘No Times in [Month]’ is displayed for every month
AND  Troubleshooting indicates the issue is due to “leading Buffer” issue

EXPECTED:  The ‘Booking’ page should make all dates available for which the calendar date is empty

Hello there!

Thanks for reporting this. We’re currently investigating an issue where some event types may not show availability on the live booking page unless the Troubleshoot tool is enabled.

In the meantime, we’ve confirmed a workaround that has helped restore availability visibility for affected event types.

Please try the following:

  1. Open the affected event type’s settings.

  2. Disable any buffer time that is currently applied.

  3. Check the booking page again and confirm whether availability is visible.

  4. Once availability appears again, you can re-enable the buffer settings if needed.

If you’re still seeing the issue after removing the buffer, we ask that you email us at support@calendly.com so we can submit a ticket and follow up with you regarding any updates on this case!
