How do I stop people booking too soon. For example if I do not want people to be able to book a meeting within 3 days of the current date to give me time to prepare.

To prevent invitees from booking too soon, you can adjust the Date Range within your event type settings here:
You’ll want to adjust the Notice portion to set how far in advance they will need to book.

Thanks David, I haven’t managed to do it yet but I am sure once I go through and get to teh section it will be easy to follow your instructions.
