Help, i didn’t get any email from Calendly after rescheduling

Hi @Timotius. There are three routes to explore here. I’ll start with the two options available on a free plan.

  1. You should get a notification from your calendar that a meeting has been added. Usually your calendar will send you an email when this happens. This is the standard notification for all Calendly events no matter what plan you are on. If you aren’t receiving this email it is likely being filtered out by your email client. Calendly doesn’t actually control those notifications. They are internal to your linked calendar and email. You should explore your settings and make sure that those notifications aren’t being redirected away from your inbox.
  2. Email notifications are also available to all plans. However, if you aren’t receiving them I’d check to make sure that they are turned ‘on.’ To do this, navigate to the Event Type in question. Then, in the right rail editor select ‘More Options’ at the bottom. From there, you will see ‘Notifications and Workflows’ controls. They are second from the bottom. See screenshot. Simply edit your email notifications to turn them on.  More on setting up both types of notifications here → Setting Calendly Notifications
    1. The last option is Workflows, which is only available to paid plans. There are like a more advanced version of notifications. They allow you to customize your communications and create powerful automations within your workspace. If this is the case, I would start by trouble shooting via these articles in our Help Center → Workflows

Sorry i forgot to mention, i am not the event creator but only an attendee, and i did a reschedule from the original link at the prior email before. Does the reschedule needs to be accepted by the event creator first? Thanks

Understood - Did the event in your calendar change to the new date already? If not, I would try contacting the event host to ensure the change was made successfully.

I’d also check your trash and spam folders, sometimes they can get filtered somewhere else in your email.
