Calendly team -

is there a way to have the “personal email workflow” show up later in the meeting request process? We are using Calendly on the website as a CTA for prospects to request time from our engineers for a demo. To force them to use a business email, we need to start with asking for their email address. I want to wait to ask them for their email address until they have already picked a date and time for the meeting. There doesn’t seem to be a way to do that.

However, this is the regular flow if I will allow them to use any email address.

How can I accomplish this?

Hi @davidyoung - Thanks for reaching out!

At this time, there is not a way restrict specific domains through the booking page. However, there is a way to accomplish this by using Routing Forms first, then sending them to the booking page. We have instructions listed out in this article here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/9769567129367-Routing-Forms-best-practices#h_01HBBJ7DMP4J3ZSBNXMPMME7H2

I’ll pass your feedback along to our product team! Hopefully we’ll see some more booking page restrictions you can set in the future.

Let me know if you have any questions.
