At one time, there was an option to be able to disable rescheduling. I can’t seem to locate it anymore. Where do I go in the event creation to be able to disable this option? Thanks!

You have the option to remove/include cancel and reschedule links for your invitees by adjusting the notification for the event. Thank you David. I want to set up my meeting event so that others are NOT able to reschedule. The article provided does not provide instructions on how to do that.

Right now the only way to prevent Invitees from Rescheduling is by removing the links within the email. This way, the invitee would need to contact you first to make any changes to the meeting.
The Article I sent walks you through how to find the option to include rescheduling links, so you’ll just need to ensure that option is unchecked. :)
