I have create 60 mins collective meeting and name as Onboarding meeting.

This is onboarding meeting and I want it to be displayed as “Onboarding Meeting” on the calendar, instead of showing Client name and My name +Co-host name.

Hello @Miruntee23710!

You can have your 60‑min Collective event show “Onboarding Meeting” as the calendar title by customizing the calendar invitation title for that event type. Here’s how to set it up:

  • Open your event type (the 60‑minute Collective “Onboarding meeting”), select Edit, then go to More options > Notifications and workflows. From there, open the Calendar invitation settings. If you see Email confirmation instead, select the three dots > Edit > Switch to calendar invitation, then Save. Calendar invitations are required to control the calendar event title.
  • In Calendar invitation, edit the Calendar event title field and either type Onboarding Meeting or insert the Event name variable so it always matches your event’s name. You can customize the title that appears on the host’s calendar and the invitee’s calendar.

  • Save your changes. New bookings on this event type will now place “Onboarding Meeting” as the calendar event title. Changes apply to new bookings going forward.

Notes for Collective events and limitations

  • For Collective meetings, Calendly adds the event to one team member’s calendar and adds co‑hosts as guests; your customized title is what appears on the calendar event.
  • If you’re using iCloud or the Outlook plug‑in, or if you’re using a Group Event (not Collective), you can’t switch to calendar invitations; in those cases the title cannot be controlled the same way. When supported (Google, Office 365, Outlook.com, Exchange), use calendar invitations to customize the title.

Hope this helps!
