Question

Do Calendly meeting limits take into account externally scheduled meetings on my calendar?

I use Google Calendar and integrate with Calendly. I’m aware of the settings for creating a maximum number of meetings per day, week, or month through Calendly. But, does that take into account the meetings already on my calendar scheduled through Google, Zoom, or other external sources?

Example: I already have a recurring team meeting, a meeting with a client, and a personal call on my Google Calendar for Tuesday. I’ve set my maximum number of meetings per day on Calendly to 3. Someone uses my Calendly link to schedule time with me, but I already have 3 meetings on my Google Calendar. Will it say I’m unavailable that day, or does it not recognize non-Calendly-made meetings?
