I need to fix a problem with my account and I am trying to get support to do this. the chat bot keeps saying that I cannot access 24/7 support because I don’t have a paying account, but I do. I pay it every month without fail, yet, now that I need support, I can’t get to the support I need because the chatbot doesn’t recognize my account as a paying account. This is troubling as there is no number to call to speak to an actual person, to help you get to the 24/7 support.

I had our support team look at your account and it appears to be on a basic plan, which is not a paying account. Do you by chance have another Calendly account that you use on the side, or another email that you use to login? If you do, you can try logging in through that account and trying the chatbot from there.
Otherwise, you can email support@calendly.com to get in touch with that team to help you dig into this further.
