Does help actually exist for paying accounts with this website?

How can I get ACTUAL HELP from this site?  I've emailed support, submitted a ticket on the website, tried the live chat, cleared my cache, tried Chrome and Explorer and ZERO response and nothing that the website or chat have recommended works!  How can I get human help.  Requesting from a paying account.

Hi ​@Ashlee21314- So sorry you’re running into issues here.If you connect over live chat, you can ask the chatbot for an ‘Agent’ It should direct you to human support from there.I’ll take a look at the ticketing system to make sure your emails are going through as well.
