I work within a team on Calendly where we have a round robin set up for people to schedule meetings. This is because we want the pooled availability of all team members. However, it is seeming as though even if there are two hosts available only one meeting can be scheduled.

Why is this? They both have availability at that time.

Hi @quad-research - thanks for reaching out.

Yes, thats correct, round robins do allow for multiple meetings to be booked at once. If you’re noticing that both users become unavailable you can use this article to start troubleshooting why the other user is unavailable: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/223145627-How-to-troubleshoot-unavailable-times-that-should-be-available#h_01J5ECSP8D62EHCKFFQXF9N12Y

Some reasons I’ve seen in the past are:

  • The event is being added to both users calendars
  • One user is checking their calendar, and the other hosts calendar under their connections page
  • The event is booking both hosts at once (You can adjust this in the event settings under Hosts)

Let me know if you have any questions!

We found the issue, thank you!
