Double Booking

What am I doing wrong here: I set the meeting type for 1 person. Calendly indicates it’s an “error” and I must have more than 1 person in the meeting. Fine. I set it up for 2.  Then I receive double bookings! 2 different customers selecting the SAME date, SAME time, SAME meeting type.  And I’m frequently left have to reschedule someone. How do I fix this?

Hi ​@Christine505 - It sounds like you’ve created a Group Meeting. Instead, you’ll want to create a one-on-one meeting. This will allow you to setup meetings with one person at any given time, and not worry about double-bookings.
