I keep having an issue that a number of people have had difficulty with. Calendly doesn’t recognize that I have an appointment scheduled, overrides it, and allows others to schedule over it, thus double booking.

I have connected and synced my calendar, I have marked my commitment as busy, and it still happens- I have done everything I have been told to do, and this keeps happening. 

I’m very frustrated with this. 

Can someone help? I am at a loss.
