In a given month I may be in three different global time zones. Pacific, China, Europe. 

I understand that I can change my time zone in my availability, but that doesn’t help people who want to book time with me in two weeks when I’m in a different time zone. 

I’m happy keeping my same working hours on each day...but want them in the time zone I will be in, not the time zone I am in now. 

 

Is there any way of doing this other than choosing a “master time zone” and then manually adjusting the times for each day I will be in another time zone?

Hi ​@Henshwang, thanks for the question and I appreciate the confusion. This is an ongoing pain point for some users. To get down to it, you will have to convert your hours ahead of time and add them as date specific hours under availability. More detailed description HERE. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a global setting that tells Calendly your preferred timezone at an advanced date.
