Hi, I have different Event Types set up for the different therapies I offer. I would like to edit an event type (because the client has changed their mind on what therapy they would like for their appointment). I’ve selected the meeting from my list of bookings, selected ‘change event type’, but it wont display my full list of event types in order to choose the therapy I want to change it to (even when clicking on ‘show more event types’. It would be great if I could just change the event type for an existing booking without the need to cancel it and rebook it.
Any suggestions greatly received.
I’ve only started using Calendly in the past couple of months and so far am finding it quite inflexible as a booking system tool. It’s great taking bookings direct from clients, but back office management, such as edits to existing bookings appear impossible. The override calendar option works when i’m booking a new appointment but not when i need to reschedule an existing booking and the text/sms system has not yet worked on any of the bookings I have entered myself.
