Editing existing meeting scheduled through round robin

We use round robin to let people quickly schedule a meeting through one of our landing pages. Prospects schedule and will receive a call from us at the selected time.

Sometimes, we see a very high priority lead that we would prefer one of our more senior people handle. Is there a way that I can simply edit that existing scheduled meeting to make a senior person the host, rather than the rep it was originally scheduled to?

As they are just waiting for a phone call we don’t need to update links or meeting rooms, they’ll still get a call at the preferred time.

HI @DavidL - Thanks for reaching out!

Right now, there is not a way to switch out the host through the meetings page - The best way to do this is by rescheduling the meeting for the same date and time and choosing the specific host when you reschedule:

The option will look something like this, with a list of hosts below.

Though, I do think this is a good point of feedback - I’ll get this passed along to our product team in this case!

Additionally, I did want to recommend our Routing Forms Feature as well - Some users will have this posted on their website instead of a booking page to ensure that higher value clients go to more senior sales person, instead of a normal pool.

With Routing forms you can ask questions like “What Country are you located in?” or “What size is your company?” and route people based on their answers. You can learn more about this here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/11727354680471-Calendly-Routing

Let me know if you have any questions!

I hope the product team is receptive to this idea. I think this would be a great value add for us.

Thank you for your help.
