Email Confirmation cannot be edited

Question

Hello! We want to customize our confirmation email and for some reason it’s not working. I hope someone in the community can help! Here’s a loom video for reference:

Hey there @pascaletherien- thanks so much for your post, and for including the screen recording!It seems to me like something is wrong with your browser. I can see you’re using Chrome - Chrome has been pushing out a lot of new browser updates, recently, so I’d start with making sure your browser is up to date and then completely closing out of it and relaunching.
