Email Confirmation cannot be edited

Hello! 

We want to customize our confirmation email and for some reason it’s not working. I hope someone in the community can help!

Hey there @pascaletherien - thanks so much for your post, and for including the screen recording!

It seems to me like something is wrong with your browser. I can see you’re using Chrome - Chrome has been pushing out a lot of new browser updates, recently, so I’d start with making sure your browser is up to date and then completely closing out of it and relaunching. Then, try again!

You can also try: 

  • clearing cache and cookies (steps below) - this often does the trick for issues like this
  • logging into Calendly in an Incognito browser and trying there
  • logging into Calendly in another browser entirely (Edge, Safari) and trying there
