Hi David. Thanks for coming back to me. Bizarrely later on the confirmation emails seemed to correct themselves and I could see the correct text. Perhaps it was an apple mail issue with Calendly.  When I look at my sent email file they are still in the strange characters so perhaps I will forward these on to support and you can work it out. I’ve emailed my client to see if she had received them this way but I haven’t heard from her yet.
