Is there a way to confirm that a notification reminder was sent by calendly to a specific meeting invitee?

There isn’t currently anyway to do this, but it’s a phenomenal idea. I like the idea of some sort of activity log for either a specific event or contact. I’ll definitely pass this along to our Product team.
