Emailed Support on the 13th with not response. How to get in contact with support?

Hello All, 

 

I have a email chain where i am needing to access my account and unable to do so at this time. I am trying to access my paid account to be changed to a working email of mine. However the transfer of emails have not be completed and no status report whatsoever. 

 

I have been emailing since Feb. 13th to access this account and change emails/ add an additional admin. I have followed up 3 additional times with no response. 

How to escalate as i'm paying for the subscription with an not being able to log in to access my account.

Hi ​@ParTee - Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like we sent you an email back on Monday around 3pm EST. Would you be able to check your spam/trash folders to make sure our response didn’t end up there by accident? If you have any alternative emails, I would check there as well just in case.

If you still can’t seem to find the response, let me know and I’ll check with the team again.
