Hello All,
I have a email chain where i am needing to access my account and unable to do so at this time. I am trying to access my paid account to be changed to a working email of mine. However the transfer of emails have not be completed and no status report whatsoever.
I have been emailing since Feb. 13th to access this account and change emails/ add an additional admin. I have followed up 3 additional times with no response.
How to escalate as i'm paying for the subscription with an not being able to log in to access my account.
