I’ve tried TWICE now to email support@calendly.com.

Both times, I’ve gotten an AI response (which is not surprising in and of itself).

I cannot live chat in, or even use the chat to request to send an email, because apparently free plans aren’t worthy of chat bubbles on the calendly website.

When I responded to the AI the first time, my email was rejected by my outgoing server. When I forwarded that to support@calendly.com, I was rejected again.

The second time I emailed (fresh email) support, telling them that I’m requesting a human, I got back another automated response even more useless than the first time.

I can receive emails from notifications@calendly.com just fine, and have in the last week. But I’m not getting any emails about a booking made earlier today for next week. Not in spam, not in my archives, nothing, nowhere.

I’m about ready to say that I’m done with calendly at this point, if this is the level of “service” provided.

The support team can dig into whats going on with that specific booking. Could you respond to your most recent email with screenshots of the event you’re missing? If you could also include the email of the invitee, we can look into it from there.

Once you send that email, let me know. I can make sure it gets to the right team from there.
