Hello everyone,

I’m  owner of SR Blinds a website showcasing our custom window coverings (not an e-commerce store). in UK. We’d like visitors to book free in-home measuring appointments via Calendly directly on our site.

Specifically, I’m looking for:

  • A simple way to embed the Calendly scheduling widget on a static website.

  • Tips for customizing the booking form to capture room dimensions and customer address.

Any code snippets, embed options, or best practices would be really helpful. Thanks!

Hi @SR Blinds - Thanks for reaching out!

I put together a guide on adding Calendly to your website here:

This will walk you through obtaining the code snippets to your booking pages so they can be added to any page on your site!

From there, to add questions on Room Dimensions & Addresses, you can customize the Invitee Questions on your booking pages through the event settings. This article will walk you through doing this as well:

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, David! That’s really helpful. We’ll follow the steps to embed the Calendly widget on the site and use the Invitee Questions to capture room dimensions and addresses.
