We’re running into an issue with triadic sessions involving a coach, an employee, and a manager. The employee is the one booking the session, but Calendly only shows availability based on their own calendar and the coach’s calendar. Since they can’t see or factor in their manager’s calendar, they’re unable to book a time that works for all three parties.
Is there a recommended way to handle this scenario or a workaround that allows the employee to check availability for all three calendars when scheduling?
