I book my clients in for them on the Calendly system, but increasingly I’m finding that the recaptcha system is kicking in and it’s quadrupling the time I need to book my clients in!  Sometimes the recaptcha (like today) went through TEN screens to finally let me book the client in!  Is there any way of switching this off? Otherwise Calendly is getting canned.

Hi @Alan36153 - Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you’re running into this?

Are these clients being booked under your account? Or are you booking them under other hosts?

If you’re booking them under your events, I’d recommend using the Book Meeting button, on your Contacts Page instead. This gives you a booking page specific to you that is a bit more simplified: https://calendly.com/app/contacts/user/me

The public facing booking page is susceptible to spam attacks, so we implement the recapcha when it sees multiple bookings happen in a short amount of time. I can take this to my team to see what can be done for this.

Let me know!

Thank you, I’ll try that.
