Error message sending email

Hello, I linked my Outlook email account, but I am receiving an error message every time I try to send an email to someone within Calendly to share my availability.

Hello David,

The error message simply says “something went wrong” as shown in the screenshot here.

Hm, one thing I would try is disconnecting and reconnecting the email again and attempt to send the email again. I wonder if its a permissions issue on Outlooks side.

Let me know if that works or not.

From there, it may be worth contacting the support team so they can take a closer look at your account as well.
