I’m building a platform like Exponent, but focused on interview practice for non-native English speakers.
We’d love to use Calendly for scheduling and want to confirm it fits our use case and which plan you guys would recommend.
Core needs
- Multi-teacher setup: 2-10 instructors to start, each with their own calendar plus pooled/round-robin availability.
- Student booking: 1:1 lessons (trail class + 30/45/60 min classes) selectable from a catalog.
- Support a 30 min free trail class
- Payments: Students pay via Stripe at booking; support for refunds/cancellations.
- Notifications: Confirmation/reminders to students and teachers, calendar invites (ICS)
Nice to have
- Packages/credits: 5- or 10-lesson bundles that decrement one credit per booking.
- Promo/discount codes at checkout.
- Routing & matching: Simple form to route students to the right teacher (time zone, skill focus).
- Single-use booking links after payment.
