Hello, I would like to create a calendar with several salespeople in it. I would like the country selection to automatically propose the calendar of the sales person responsible for the country in question. Is it possible to do this?

Yes, this is possible using Routing and is a very popular use case for this functionality. In the routing form, the selected country would correlate with the correct sales person.
