Question

Event that ignores global limits

I have set a global limit for 6 meetings daily.
However I want to set 1 seperate meeting for emergencies. This is outside of the timeframe I have set for normal meetings. But I want that this stay available even when 6 meetings on that day are already booked. Unfortunately I cannot ignore the global limit within the event.
AI suggest I use a separate account for the emergency meeting but I would prefer to do this in 1 account.
Any ideas on how to set up?

Hi @Daniel47481 - Thanks for reaching out!

Just to clarify, this meeting for emergencies is this for Invitees to book through? One potential is by using our Override feature within your account so you can book those days manually on behalf of your invitee, allowing you to override the global limit:

There isn’t a way to have different limits between Global/Event, but I do think this is a good point of feedback, I’ll get this passed along to our product team to review! Hopefully we see more on this in the future.

Hi David
Thank you for your reply.
Unfotunately that is not a solution for me. Because if I have to do it manually I can just add it to my calender and the whole point of online appointments is lost.
I need a solution so that it can booked normally by clients even when the global limit is reached.
I realize this would be an edge case, but also I think others could use that as well.
You can define customized availabilty time per meeting type. All i would need is a button in the meeting where i can set limits for this meeting type to ignore the global limits.

So yes please use it as input.
Meanwhile I will see if I can use a second account or look into other solutions.
