Feature request: Limit back-to-back meetings

I know this has been posted in the past, but I’m +1’ing it and raising it again. This a super important feature for us. (Having moved from Acuity, which can do this.)

We need a very simple option to limit the number of consecutive hours of meetings booked. Right now, I only have an option to put a ‘buffer’ which adds a lot of short empty spaces (not wanted) or give Calendly free reign to book 8 hours of consecutive calls, which is also unworkable. So my workaround is to manually book breaks, which isn’t ideal either because those are blocks that may be workable times for schedulers.

Hi @Geoff30321

Thanks for adding your voice to this. You're right—this has been requested before, and we’ve see it come up periodically from other users since the previous community posts on the topic.

This hasn't been a top priority yet relative to other things we're working on. BUT it is on the team's radar and I’ve re-surfaced this with the product team. Feedback like this helps inform how we prioritize this kind of thing down the line.

The buffer workaround isn't ideal, and I hear you on that. We know there's a gap between "no control" and "buffers between everything." The ask for a way to limit consecutive hours makes sense.

Keep the feedback coming. We appreciate it!

Best,

Allie
