Calendly currently supports the two major business calendar ecosystems—Google and Microsoft—but excludes organizations that have deliberately standardized on Apple's Apple Business + Managed Apple Account platform. I believe this is now an ecosystem integration gap rather than an iCloud feature request.

I’m a paying Calendly customer, and I’d like to request native calendar integration for Apple Business and Managed Apple Accounts.

I understand that Calendly discontinued new iCloud Calendar connections in 2024, and I understand that the previous iCloud integration had technical limitations. I’m not asking Calendly to simply bring back the old iCloud integration.

I’m asking Calendly to evaluate Apple Business as a modern business-calendar platform in its own right.

Why this matters

Apple has substantially expanded its business platform. In 2026, organizations can use Apple Business with Managed Apple Accounts and organizational iCloud Calendar, allowing businesses to operate their calendar and productivity environment without requiring Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

That creates a legitimate third business ecosystem alongside Google and Microsoft.

Today, however, a business that deliberately chooses an Apple-only environment essentially has to introduce Google or Microsoft calendar infrastructure just to use Calendly's calendar integration.

That feels like a significant gap in Calendly's platform.

For example, an organization can have:

• Apple Business

• Managed Apple Accounts

• Apple devices

• Apple Calendar / iCloud Calendar

• Apple Mail

• Apple-native identity and device management

…and still be a paying Calendly customer.

But when that organization wants to connect its calendar to Calendly, the supported options effectively require introducing Google or Microsoft.

That makes Calendly the reason the organization has to maintain a second calendar ecosystem.

I don't think this is really an "iCloud feature request." I see it as an ecosystem integration gap.

What I would like to see

I'd like Calendly to investigate a modern integration specifically designed for:

Apple Business → Managed Apple Account → Organizational Calendar → Calendly

The integration should ideally allow customers to:

• Connect a Managed Apple Account calendar directly to Calendly

• Check Apple calendar availability when determining Calendly availability

• Write Calendly bookings to the Apple calendar

• Respect organizational calendar permissions and privacy controls

• Use Apple's current authentication and authorization mechanisms

• Operate without requiring Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another calendar intermediary

I'm also not suggesting that Calendly abandon Google or Microsoft support. Quite the opposite—I think Calendly should be calendar-platform neutral and support the major business ecosystems its customers choose.

Why I'm asking as a customer

I specifically chose Calendly because I want a reliable scheduling platform. I don't want to replace Calendly.

I'd much rather see Calendly support the business platform my organization has chosen than be forced to introduce another provider solely to make Calendly's calendar integration work.

That's why I think this is worth consideration from the Product team rather than being treated as a request to restore the legacy iCloud integration.

Apple Business in 2026 is a very different proposition from consumer iCloud in 2024.

I'd be very interested in participating in research, beta testing, or early access if Calendly decides to investigate this.

Could someone from Calendly's Product team please let us know whether native Apple Business / Managed Apple Account calendar support is being considered?

I’d also love to hear from other Calendly customers who have chosen Apple Business instead of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and are running into the same limitation.
