We work on flexible schedules where we have the power of definition for meeting times and are looking for the ability to create time windows that meetings can take place.

While its not currently a feature, I’ll have to forward this on to our product team for them to review!

Right now, users will need to select a specific time in order to book a meeting, but you could set 2 hour increments for users to book through a Group event so multiple users can select the same block if needed.

If you’d like to create specific windows an event can be booked, I’d recommend using Date Specific Hours. This way, you can select specific days and set times/windows that the schedule or event can be booked at:

I’m looking more for a way for a client to set a time range that they could come in. 

 

I go out of site visits and want to have more flexibility in scheduling with clients rather than just exact times.
