I have previously asked for a additional features to make it easier for technicians to schedule events with customers using Calendly.

 

I have asked for time windows, with additional buffer time past the meetings start time. But I think I may have been over complicating the situation, I think publicly facing buffer times could solve the issue of making it clear when an arrival window is necessary.
