Let’s say over the last few weeks multiple people have scheduled meetings with me. Some scheduled 2 weeks out, some scheduled yesterday. Today all those people have a meeting with me. I would like a text message to go to all of them and say, we look forward to seeing you at today’s meeting at XYZ time. Here is the link… That text should go out at 8am, even if their meeting is at 4pm.
For this 4pm example, they will get another text at 3pm reminding them of the meeting.
There is a feature of reminding someone 24 hours before, but that doesn’t really help as people often forget after they go to bed. Also there is a feature of reminding someone multiple hours before (example: 6 hours before), but if their meeting is at 9am, then they will get a text at 3am… which is not good.
