The best way to get notified for routing form Submissions is through our Integration with Zapier. You can setup your own system that triggers whenever a user submits a form, from here, you can set it to notify you through a number of different apps, heres one as an example through Gmail: https://zapier.com/apps/calendly/integrations/gmail
