Free trial over and I can't choose free plan

Hi I have received an email an email saying my free trial over however I wanted the free plan. My link has disappeared from by website and I can seem to be able to choose free plan when I connect in Billing. I have read that is is automatic but since yesterday nothing has happened and link still does not work. I have opened a ticket yesterday but I still have not been contacted 24 h later with a link that doesn’t work.

I just looked up your ticket and it sounds like you are successfully on the free plan as intended. I also checked to see if your Calendly link was working (calendly.com/[accountname]) as is your event type under it and both are. Could you clarify what link isn’t working?

Hi Jillian,

Thank you for checking. It seems I just had to wait. Between the switch from trial to free the link disappeared and maybe with time difference between France and US that is why I had a full day without any possibility to downgrade or reactivate my calendly link on my website.

I appreciate you getting back to me and now all is good.
