I haven’t used calendly in about 3 years. I just noticed I’m getting billed about $100/yr. How to I resolve this?

I can’t seem to find any way of contacting calendly.com?

They say there is a chatbot, but it is not visible for me. 

Any suggestions?

In this case, there should be a chat pop up on that page, its possible it could be blocked by uBlock or something similar:
 


I’d recommend using a different browser, or you could create a new account and chat in directly there.

@David Thanks for the prompt response. 
As you suggested, I turned off uBlock Origin extension for this website (calendly.com) and reloaded the page. The chatbot pop-up appeared. 

 


You probs should  not depend on cookies to run the chatbot. 
Nevertheless, thanks for fixing it for me!


I have tried to get support for a billing issue for more than 6 months. I continue to get billed for two instances of “teams” which I do not use nor understand what the hell it is. No matter how many tickets I place or emails I send requesting support, I get no response. So yesterday I finally contacted the Attorney General for the State of Georgia and learned that there are numerous complaints about Calendly not responding to NON-Enterprise clients. If anyone else has this issue, contact the AG in Georgia and they can help direct you.
