Can I give my web developer access to Calendly without purchasing a monthly user fee?

Hey @David80432 ,

What specifically do they need to access in Calendly? While Calendly doesn’t support a developer account you could generate a personal access token (https://developer.calendly.com/how-to-authenticate-with-personal-access-tokens) that your developer can use to access Calendly data from your user account without logging in.

Hi Calforce,

Very grateful for your kind response.  Thank you.

Once I create the “Personal Access Token” and send it to my web developer, how do they then use this token to access my Calendly?

@David80432 - with the access token your web developer can follow the instructions on Calendly’s developer portal to access specific data from your account (https://developer.calendly.com/api-docs/d7755e2f9e5fe-calendly-api).

For example, to access / update event type data they’ll use the documentation found here - https://developer.calendly.com/api-docs/25a4ece03c1bc-list-user-s-event-types
