Hello, I have a business email with google. I added my google calendar to Calendly and added it in the conflict section. My google events are all labelled “busy” however, Calendly does not seem to see that I am unavailable and still offers the time slot.

 

Please help!

Sounds like you’ve checked your calendar connections, so I’m wondering if your setup isn’t checking for conflicts. Mind giving that a check and letting us know what you find? More info here.

While you are looking, also make a point to check your “read/write” permissions. For some background, calendars will need to be shared with “read/write” permissions for your live booking page(s) to check them for conflicts 😊
