I have a group booking and I want 1 person to be able to add extra people which will reduce the total number of spots available.

 

Same issue as Attendee bring other attendees | Community (calendly.com)

But I wanted to raise it again. As 

  1. To confirm if there any plans to support this feature
  2. +1 my support for this feature (since I did not see a feature request page where we can upvote ideas)

I can see there is a workaround of me logging into that particular event and reducing the number of spots available manually.

 

But ideally the solution would

  1. Automatically update spots available based on number of attendees entered
  2. Update payment amount for number of people entered.

I’m sorry I can’t be of more help right now, but we’ll keep making some noise about this and see about getting the functionality added!


I found this thread when looking to find the answer to the same question myself, so this is another +1 for this feature that will determine if I can use Calendly for my business as well.

(Use case: tour guide selling group tours who would like clients to be able have the option to book either one or multiple slots under one booking contact/email address for any given event, and reduce the availability accordingly)

It would be fantastic if there was a further option for multiple price categories within the same event booking

(i.e. possibility to select to book 2 adult slots at price €X and 1 child slot at price €Y)

It has been 27 days since the last customer raised the +1 issue.  I have a charter boat business and also need this feature so that my customers can book more than one seat and subsequently just make one payment.  When will Calendly resolve this issue?   Thank you.
