Group booking still showing invitee add guest

I ran into a problem with Guest option not being removable for invitee details and then I found this topic from 25 September 2025 posted by ​@Ceridwen44675

This bug is blocking me from using Calendly to plan group events, both online and onsite.

I tested it out and meeting details were sent to the added email addresses and the limit count on the number of attendees was not reduced.  The email sent was as though they had signed up for the event with all the Zoom details. 

With two guests added via guest emails for one registration, max 25 attendees was updated to 24 available, however each of guest emails have all the details to join the online call.  Now looking for an alternative way of managing this event.

I was also going to setup a paid onsite event this way, this raises two concerns:

1. the venue has a limit on how many people can fit in the room for health and safety (not to mention seating)
2. people could be given the event details without having to pay for it

Please can this bug get bumped up in priority for resolution?
