Group meeting 1 monthly

Great question! Yes, this is definitely doable. The key is creating a separate event type (ET) specifically for the group class. You can do this in a number of ways if it’s a consistent time slot, but in my opinion the simplest way to do it would be to create a new ET each month. 

Here's the setup (note, your account view may differ slightly from my screenshots, but the overall navigation should be the same):

Create a new Group Meeting event type:

• Go to Scheduling → Create → Group Meeting

• Give it a unique name, set your duration, location, and invitee limit in the Event Type editor

• Set your schedule to “custom” then X out each day

• Set your “date specific” hours for the slot you’d like to offer the class that month

• You can use the “preview” option to see how this will appear to your customers when they click on the link

• Copy your link & share!

If you have a consistent time slot each month, in the “Availability” tab you can set a specific availability for this event type that’s distinct from your one on one sessions.
 

Why this works: Because it's a separate event type, it has its own availability settings. Your group class won't interfere with your one-on-one availability at all.

You could also set this up to recur monthly if that helps, but the one-off approach gives you the most control if each month's class is slightly different.
