Group Meeting Packages and Multisession Registration

Hi, I’m sure you get asks like this a lot.  I wanted to provide my use case.

I currently offer paid group sessions via Zoom, up to four students each time slot.  There’s no sense of a “cohort” in these sessions, so Calendly is offering a lot of flexibility for folks to sign up one week but not another, or to change slots to accommodate their scheduling needs without involving me.  That’s all working great for many of my customers.  Thank you!

There’s another set of customers who really wants to have their calendar figured out months in advance.  They want to pre-register and are willing to pre-pay for probably 15-18 meetings at once within certain time ranges.  They want to lock their seat for that time slot down in advance.  They don’t want to click and do a workflow for every time slot in the date range --and I agree they shouldn’t have to.

I would love to see a multi-session booking workflow that I can offer them that lets them select a time window and then book either X recurrences, or all offered and available time slots between Y and Z dates.  For my own use, I’d love for the customer to be able to specify X, Y, and Z.  Other people might want

After selecting the time range and before committing, the accounting for the payment should include a listing of which dates they’d get, and which were unavailable for whatever reason.  (Booked up, not offered due to conflict, et cetera --reason doesn’t need to be shown IMO.)

Bonus points: I’d love for folks who booked this way to later be able to reschedule to another available time slot (“makeup session”) for the same meeting type without payment processing implications.  (No need to refund and repay.)  In this case they should get the updated Zoom link.  It’s unavoidable and fine that they’d still have the old Zoom link, but I should be able to tell on my calendar that they are not in that time slot anymore.

Thanks for the great product!
